The Sitter's mission

The Sitter in charge will come to your home, as agreed, and will feed your pet, provide exercise and play time. The visit is typically once a day for about 1 hour. Dog walking service is also available.

Health check

We take the time to get to know your pet’s personality, and his/her health condition will be checked when cleaning the litter box or the cage.

Daily report

You will get a daily report, by e-mail or hand-written note, on how things are going on with your pet while you are away.

In case of emergency

In case of an unusual situation, we will first contact you. If your pet needs it we can also take him/her to your veterinarian.

Full insurance

All sitters are insured through the "General compensation system for professional pet sitter"(Pettoshitta-shi sogo hosho seido).

We treat our clients, their pets and homes as we would want ours treated. We do not disclose any information, including name, number, address or pet information, to third parties. Any changes to our privacy policy will be published here.
