First contact us

You can contact us by filling out the website's contact form.

Initial consultation

An initial consultation is required prior to sitting. The Sitter will come to your home to meet with you and get a chance to know your pet. We will explain how our services work, and discuss all important information about your pet fs needs. This initial meeting is free of charge.

Contract, keys and payment

We will kindly ask you to sign a contract including the conditions we have agreed on. All payment is expected before our services start (rates here), and we will also ask you to give us the keys of your home at this time. They will be kept in a safe place, and we will issue you a Certificate of deposit.

Sitting

The assigned Sitter will come to your home and will look after your pet while you are away, as agreed.

Diary

You will get a daily report, by e-mail or hand-written note, on how your pet is doing, what happened that day and the services provided.

Completion

On the last day, we will give you back your keys.

Important points

In some cases, as if we believe the services will be difficult to provide, or if your pet has injuries, chronic disease or is under a heavy medical treatment, we may not be able to accept your request.
We kindly ask you to ensure parking lot if the Sitter has to visit by car.
